AFYX™ Shipping & Return Policy
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Please email info@afyxdress.com to request a return. USA domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $8 return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may request a refund in the form of store credit on an AFYX™ gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.
When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items in the original gift box & shipping package. Please be sure to include your return label inside this box, or we cannot accept your return. Please note that we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Any shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and can delay processing your return. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
What about damages? If for any reason your garment arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged product to info@afyxdress.com with your information and we would be happy to assist you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the nature of our small business, AFYX™ does not offer refunds or exchanges for manufacturing faults that occur within 3 months of purchase, as we consider that to be the result of normal wear and tear.

We currently produce & finish each garment here at our Boston area showroom by hand (including all accessories). Due to the nature of our small business, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to produce and ship our "in stock" products. To check the status of your order, email us at info@afyxdress.com. PRE-ORDER WAIT TIME
Sold out products are available for pre-order! While we are working on developing factory relationships to ship and produce our orders as as fast as we can, we currently have a 6-8 week lead time on shipments for our pre-orders.
